While technology is what Symphony3 provides its Local Government Customers, we recognise people are a critical component in ensuring that your solutions work well. In this webinar, we look at what councils can do to empower employees to deliver better citizen-centric services and improved organisational performance. Join Fergal Coleman and John Nevins, as they facilitate the fourth webinar in the series. We will be joined by guests Stephen Dowling and Sonia Tammaro, as well as some of our regular contributors to share tips and tricks.
In this webinar we will share tips and insights discussing:
- Unlearning – The formal process of unlearning has been embraced by world-leading organisations like Atlassian and Google. We are joined by Unlearn expert Stephen Dowling to discuss how leading organisations and disruptive start-ups make unlearning and relearning part of their corporate DNA.
- How to pay more than lip service to Agile – why prototyping, testing and trialling is so important to driving change.
- How to create winning teams that drive transformation – how to recruit the best talent, how to align your team to your vision and how to ensure everyone performs at their best. Our expert Sonia Tammaro will provide some tips and tricks.
- Shadow IT - How employees empower themselves with online solutions and how to make it work for you.
