Symphony3 were delighted to work with Geofabrics on their recent Chatbot project. 

Symphony3's resident Chatbot expert, Eoin Cotter, was engaged by Geofabrics to help set-up, configure and launch a Customer Service Chatbot for the Geofabrics Customer Service Team.

This was an exciting project for Symphony3 to be involved in, as we could practically apply some of the AI knowledge we have accumulated, as we continue to evolve our AI offering and continue to understand a range of AI tools that can deliver meaningful business value to our clients.

The new chatbot solution allows Geofabrics to:

  • Help online customers instantly with an AI-driven conversation 
  • Route customers to the correct page, or live agent, based on AI driven questions so they can get service faster
  • Ensure customers can get 24/7 customer support
  • Track customer activity on their website in real time

Sympony3 is actively assisting a number of clients as they investigate how to get the most from AI technologies. Toolsets we are embracing include:

SaaS based Chatbot tools

Like the Geofabrics Chatbot, these are off the shelf-tools that can deliver quick wins and have proven use cases. However, they can be difficult to configure and program. 

GenAI tools for digital content development

Tools like ChatGPT integrated into Content Management Systems. We have developed prototypes that allow users to use ChatGPT to create compelling content on their websites. These tools are available directly from the WYSIWYG editor, instantly available for use for those suffering from writer's block! However, like all AI driven content it requires review and editing before publishing. 

Custom AI solutions using Amazon GenAI tools.

There are a whole suite of products available at  https://aws.amazon.com/ai/generative-ai/. These include:

  • Amazon Q - A generative AI–powered assistant that can be tailored to your business – the easiest way to get started with AWS tools
  • Amazon Bedrock – An easy way to build and scale generative AI applications with foundation models – requires commitment of time and resources
  • Amazon SageMaker – a toolset that allows you to build, train, and deploy machine learning (ML) models for any use case with fully managed infrastructure, tools, and workflows. Very intensive and resource intensive and not for the faint-hearted!
