Software Engineer
Sarah-Jayne is a Software Engineer with a degree in Software and Electronic Systems Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast. At Symphony3,she works closely with local councils to integrate systems, enabling smoother data exchange. She has also developed proof-of-concept AI solutions with councils to address real operational challenges. Her focus is on leveraging technology in impactful, applied ways to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency in local government.
Before joining Symphony3, Sarah-Jayne worked at Visa, where she developed secure and reliable systems used in digital payments around the world. She brings this experience into the public sector, with a strong focus on building tools that are both practical and future-ready. Sarah-Jayne is also a committed advocate for STEM, actively encouraging the next generation to explore careers in science and technology.
