Symphony3 Welcomes Michael Fagan as Interim CIO

Symphony3 is pleased to announce that Michael Fagan has joined the business as Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective immediately.
Michael brings decades of senior technology and transformation leadership across financial services, government, and retail. This includes a long tenure at Kmart spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, as well as senior roles at the London Stock Exchange, Village Roadshow, Lloyds Bank, NAB, Telstra, Coles, and the Australian Tax Office. Michael’s experience spans across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
His appointment follows a comprehensive Technology Review he conducted for Symphony3, which confirmed strong foundations across people, delivery, and platform, while identifying clear priorities to accelerate growth.

In his Interim CIO role, Michael will lead the activation of key technology and organisational initiatives, with a focus on product roadmap delivery, operating rhythm, and scaling the business for sustainable growth. He will subsequently transition to an Advisory position to the Board.
