The platform covers asset management, lifecycle and condition assessment, compliance and auditing, contractor management, and workforce scheduling in a single connected system. It also offers affordable licensing that allows councils to begin mapping and managing assets above and below ground without needing to include software licensing costs in their budget submissions, which is a practical consideration for councils with constrained technology budgets. Broken Hill City Council is a named client, having replaced multiple legacy systems with iAM OMNI and being recognised at the Statewide Mutual Risk Management Excellence Awards 2022 for the outcomes delivered. 

iAM OMNI is cloud-based, accessible on any internet-connected device, and works with the enterprise systems councils already have in place, including Civica Authority, TechnologyOne, SharePoint, and GIS platforms such as Esri.
