Infor is a global software company headquartered in New York. In Australian and New Zealand local government, Infor is best known for Infor Pathway, a cloud-based platform built specifically for councils that covers rates and property management, customer request management, financials, regulatory services, community services, and asset management in one connected system. Pathway is designed to support open and transparent service delivery, helping councils remain compliant with their legislative obligations while delivering better services to their communities. More than 70 councils across Australia and New Zealand use Pathway to run their core operations, with 38,500 council staff using the platform daily.

Toowoomba Regional Council and Christchurch City Council are among the councils using Infor Pathway. Toowoomba Regional Council migrated their debtor management into Pathway, centralising what had previously been a manual, third-party process into their core platform.

Infor Pathway is built on AWS infrastructure, which has been IRAP assessed at the Protected level under the Australian Signals Directorate's security framework and operates data centres in Sydney and Melbourne, meaning council data can be stored within Australia. Infor holds ISO 27001 certification, meaning its information security practices have been independently assessed and verified against an internationally recognised standard.
