New partnership delivers faster, fully supported Infor integrations for councils across Australia and New Zealand
Symphony3, provider of the SmartGlue integration platform for local government, today announced Preetech Software Solutions as its first official implementation partner.
The collaboration combines Symphony3’s purpose-built integration technology with Preetech’s deep Infor expertise to help councils deploy, manage, and scale integrations faster and more securely.
Under the new agreement, Preetech will become Symphony3’s preferred Infor implementation partner, while adopting SmartGlue as its integration platform of choice for council clients. Together, the two companies will deliver end-to-end integration services designed to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and citizen-service delivery.

The SmartGlue marketplace lists a growing number of local government vendors and provides councils with dozens of pre-built integrations that they can re-use at low or no cost. Preetech integration connectors will now be available on the marketplace too.
For Preetech, the alliance broadens its ability to offer fully supported integration as part of its well-established Infor implementation practice, strengthening its position across both Australia and New Zealand.
