How to change the colour pallet on your new website

  1. To change your site’s colours, go to Appearance < Settings < White Label.
  2. Scroll down to the colour palette section and click on Global Colours.
  3. You will need to know the HEX codes of the colours you want to add, as you need to copy and paste them into these fields.
  4. Text: This is the colour for the body text of your site
  5. Background: At default, this is set to white.
  6. Background light: A light colour for accent backgrounds.
  7. Background dark: A darker colour for backgrounds.
  8. Primary: The primary colour of your brand.
  9. Secondary: A brand colour that is used to accent.
  10. Accent, Highlight, and Border: Highlight boxes on your site
  11. Once you have finished adding your HEX code colours, remember to save your changes before you finish by clicking on the Save Configuration button.
  12. To view your new colours in use, navigate back to your websites homepage.
  13. To make changes, repeat the process of updating the HEX codes.
